Lisa Chesterfield - Board Chair
A Certified Advisory Board Chair, Lisa is experienced in leveraging innovation to enhance value, elevate customer experience, improve operational efficiency & create desirable customer value propositions central in changing markets to drive growth. Lisa brings a possibility mindset and energy, providing strategic facilitation to business leaders, facilitating a formal Advisory Board structure to support objectives leveraging Advisory Board best practice.
Lisa is a seasoned strategist, business advisor and management consultant, with passion for solving complex problems and scaling impactful end-to-end experiences that balance desirability with commercial viability and profitability. As a serial entrepreneur, Lisa understands first-hand the challenges organisations face to grow customer value, improve operational efficiency & adopt emerging business models central in changing markets to collectively make a positive impact through purposeful action.
Previously, Lisa has supported the Not For-Profit Sector by Chairing and serving on several boards and committees, and holds a long-term active involvement with Common Ground Queensland, aimed to end homelessness one person at a time through a unique supportive housing model. In addition to Chairing the Mini Farm Project Board, Lisa is currently the Chair for Ocean Crusaders, taking an ecosystem approach to protecting our Oceans specialising in cleaning up our waterways through commercial and community events, whilst changing behaviour through education.

Nick Steiner - Founder/ Director
Nick Steiner, the Founder and CEO of The Mini Farm Project, is a relentless advocate against food insecurity in Australia. His journey began by transforming his own backyard into a thriving farm. Recognised for his exceptional community contributions, Nick received the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship and became an AMP Tomorrow Maker alumni. His dedication was further acknowledged when he was named Moreton Bay Citizen of the Year. Through The Mini Farm Project, particularly the Loganlea State High School charity farm, Nick bridges communities, businesses, and youth to combat food scarcity, offering fresh sustenance to thousands in need, while fostering community collaboration and dismantling barriers for students and the community.
